Obituary of Leland Trenton Wesley

Leland Trenton Wesley passed away to our Creator on Tuesday, July 27, 2004 at the age of 24 years. Leland will lovingly be remembered for his kindness, sense of humor and willingness to help others. He loved the great outdoors, hunting, fishing ad he had a passion for fixing vehicles. Leland’s dream was to become a Certified Mechanic. Leland a member of the Nakoda Wesley First Nation leaves behind in great sadness his two boys, Leland Jr. and Killian; brothers, Maynard Wesley, Kenny Hunter and Carver Salter (Jackie), sisters Niona (Jeff), Janet (Chris) and Hayley; uncles, Everett W. Jackson (Brenda), Michael W., Tater House (Dixie), Brian H., John Hunter Sr., Felix Beaver (Wanda), Ernest Wesley (Belva), Bill Wesley (Annie); aunties, Madline W., Rebecca W. (Myles), Evelyn H. (Jeff), Virginia H., Helen B. (Charles), Maryjane B. (Dallen); nephews, Shaun, Colby, Benji, Brad, Dennis; nieces, Tayla, Faithalyn, Jerita, Carvina, Merisha,; grandnieces, Sauntya and McKayla; all of Morley, AB. Leland was predeceased by his daughter, Trenadena in 1998; father, Killian House in 1984, mother, Ruth Wesley in 1998 brother Shawn in 1990; and his sister, Crystal in 1995. Leland will also be lovingly remembered by his close cousins and friends Gertrude Wesley, Tara Wesley, Dennis Dionne, Gardner Poucette, Jeff Howse, Big Norm from Calgary, AB and Ricardo. Leland has extended family in the House, Wesley, and Poucette families. We apologize for anyone we might have missed. Wake Services will be held at the family’s residence in Morley, AB on Sunday, August 1, 2004 and Monday August 2, 2004.
