Obituary of Alfred Whitfield Reid

Alfred Whitfield Reid of Calgary passed away suddenly at the Foothills Medical Centre on Wednesday, July 14, 2004 at the age of 83 years. Alfred was born on January 24, 1921 in St. Johns, NF. Alfred is lovingly remembered by Pearl (Churchill) his wife of sixty-three years; five children, Gloria Murphy, Alfred, Anthony, and Rickey Reid, and Gloria Roberts; sixteen grandchildren; and eighteen great grandchildren. He was predeceased by one brother, Alexander; four sisters, Margaret, Maude, Dorothy, and Ella; as well as many other family members. He will be sadly missed by all of the hearts he touched.
