Obituary of Julia Lammiman
Julia Irene (nee Hibbard) of Calgary, went peacefully to be with her Lord on Tuesday, July 6, 2004 at the Colonel Belcher Hospital, at the age of 88 years.
Julia was born December 17, 1915 in Blanche, Missouri. She married Boyd in 1940, partnering with him in ministry and life. Julia was known for her hospitality and her servant heart. She will be lovingly remembered by all who knew her. She is survived by four sons and three daughters-in-law Forrest and Barbara of Chicago IL, Mark of Seattle WA, Curtis and Pamela of Calgary, Greg and Shauna of Airdrie; daughter and son-in-law Denise and Juergen Giebler of Calgary; eleven grandchildren Kirsten, Joleen, Christopher, Jeff, Dallas, Dustin, Travis, Shalayne, Tracy, Kimberly and Michael. She is also survived by two sisters and brothers-in-law Ruth (Lloyd) Newton of Vancouver WA, Jane (Joe) King of Bardstown, KY. She was predeceased by her husband Boyd Lammiman on June 21, 2001, and two brothers Forrest Hibbard and Charles Hibbard.
Graveside Service will be held at Queen’s Park Cemetery (4th Street and 31st Avenue NW) on Monday, July 12, 2004 at 1:00 P.M. Funeral Services will follow at Bow Valley Christian Church (5300 – 53rd Avenue N.W.) on Monday at 3:00 P.M. with Pastor Rick Scruggs officiating.
