Obituary of Connorregge Budd Holloway

It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of their loved son, brother, and uncle Conrich (Cheegee) who passed away suddenly in Morley. Conrich was born at the Foothills Hospital in Calgary, AB on November 20, 1975. He was educated at the Chinook College with a Grade Twelve level. Conrich has lived all his life with his parents in Morley, AB. He was a very special person who enjoyed everything he did. Conrich was gentle, kind, caring, loving and very humorous. He loved watching hockey; Kippersoff, Iginla and Simon were his favorites. He also loved acting and making people laugh. Conrich was a Grass Dancer as a little boy and he never left home without his little black cowboy hat. He was the fifth generation grandson of Chief Hector Crawler and George Crawler. Conrich’s favorite hobby was playing guitar with his best friends, Elroy Labell, and Sheldon Tym and two best friends who predeceased him, Brent and Edward Holloway. Conrich is survived by his loving parents Carol and Bud; a brother Monty Crawler, a sister, Rula and a special nephew Malik (little Cheegee); a maternal grandmother (Gin) Tina; uncle Stan (Vera); five maternal aunties, Maxine , Georgie (MacDonald) Chiniquay, Violet Rider, and Irene Baptiste; an adopted cousin Billy Ear Jr.; three paternal uncles, Ferlin (Charlene) Crawler Larry Brown, and Former RCMP and Councilor Woody (Martina) Soldier; and five paternal aunties Martha, Irene, and Deanna Crawler, Cheryl (Reggy) Wesley, and Colleen Brown. He also leaves behind the following families; Powderface, Holloway, Brown, Simeon, Beaver, Fox, and Wesley. He leaves to mourn his special nephew and dear friend Torrie Holloway. Conrich was predeceased by his grandfather Isaiah Rider in 1985; favorite cousin Desi (Casper) Holloway in 1991, auntie Rhonda Holloway; and cousin Owen Kootenay as well paternal grandparents, Alma Crawler and Joe Brown; and auntie Marilyn Tym; as well as the Hector Crawler, Jonas Rider and Daniel Wildman fifth generation. The family would like to apologize if we have missed any friends or relatives. Wake Services will be held at the residence of Carol and Budd Crawler in Morley, AB on Thursday, July 8, 2004 and Friday, July 9, 2004. Funeral Services will be held at Morley United Church (Morley, AB) on Saturday, July 10, 2004 at 1:00 P.M. Graveside Service to follow in Bearspaw, AB.
