Obituary of Donald William Griffith

Donald William (Don) Griffith, beloved husband of Carol Casper of Calgary, passed away at the Peter Lougheed Centre on Saturday, June 26, 2004 at the age of 72 years. Don was born on October 12, 1931 in Hanna, AB. Besides his loving wife Carol, Don is survived by a daughter Connie (Cory) Lang of Calgary; a son James (Mary) Griffith of Courtenay, BC; and by two grandchildren, Jordan and Joshua. He is also survived by a sister Gae Stevenson of Calgary; a brother Larry (Barb) Griffith of Clyde, AB; brother-in-law Merv (Marg) Stark; and by numerous nieces and nephews. Don was predeceased by his foster child Meredith in 1994. A Memorial Service will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Eastside Memorial Chapel (5388 Memorial Drive N.E.) on Tuesday, June 29, 2004 at 3:00 P.M.
