Obituary of Regina Kopec

It is with great sadness that the family of Regina Kopeć announces her passing at home surrounded by family on Thursday, May 6, 2004. Taken too soon, Regina will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and an individual who had a passion for life, work ethic and loved her family. She was born in Kalisz, Poland and immigrated to Canada in 1953. Regina leaves behind her son Jozef; daughter Barbara (Walter) Horbanowicz; grandchildren, Jacqueline (Aja) and Ted Horbanowicz; and nieces and nephews in Poland. She was predeceased by her husband of fifty-four years, Jozef. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady Queen of Peace Polish Catholic Church (2111 Uxbridge Drive N.W.) on Saturday, May 8, 2004 at 10:00 A.M. with the Rev. Stanislaw Poszwa S. Ch, Presider.
