Obituary of Wilf Klug

Wilf Klug, beloved husband of Rose Klug of Calgary, passed away at the Rockyview General Hospital on Thursday, April 1, 2004 at the age of 75 years. Besides his loving wife, Wilf is also survived by his five daughters and sons-in-law, Allison and Kevin Hyslop, Aynsley and Arnold Walsh, Kathy and Jack Wharton, Karen and Rod Stinn, and Kris and Dean Helfrich; as well as eight grandchildren, Sarah, Tara, Jordan, Jared, Kendra, Michael, Courtney, and Reece. He is also survived by his siblings, Beatrice Poland of Rosetown, SK, Bud Klug of Kerrobert, SK and Helen and Bert Luff of Winnipeg, MB. Wilf was predeceased by his first wife Glady Klug on November 29, 1980, his parents, Joseph and Clara and his sisters, Bernice and Madeline. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Ascension Catholic Church (1100 Berkshire Boulevard N.W.) on Tuesday, April 6, 2004 at 1:00 P.M with the Rev. Ignatius Thu Tran, Presider. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made directly to the Alberta Lung Association, P.O. Box 4500, Station South, Edmonton, AB T6E 6K2 or may be made directly to the charity of the donor’s choice.
