Obituary of Jean Arnott Pot

Jean Arnott Pot of Calgary passed away at the Beverly Care Centre on Wednesday, March 10, 2004 at the age of 85 years. Born in Guelph, ON, Jean came to Calgary in 1947 with her husband and family. She was a member of the Professional Oil Wives of Calgary, the Daughters of the Nile and founding member of the Foothills Hospital Auxiliary. Jean also volunteered with the Meals on Wheels Program. Her favourite activities were playing Bridge, entertaining and travel. Jean is remembered by her son David of Potomac, MD and her daughter and son-in-law Marian and Stan Snapp of Bellingham, WA; her sister Helen Marr of Newmarket, ON, her brother and sister-in-law John and Dorothy Marr of Burlington, ON; as well as nieces and nephews in both Canada and the Netherlands. She was predeceased by her husband Bob and her son Robert (Bob). Funeral Services will be held at Beverly Care Centre (1729 – 90th Avenue S.W.) on Saturday, March 13, 2004 at 2:00 P.M.
