Obituary of James Dynes

James (Jim) Horace Dynes of Calgary, beloved husband of fifty-three years of Gloria, passed away at the Peter Lougheed Centre on Monday, March 8, 2004 at the age of 74 years. James was born February 8, 1930 in Montreal. Besides his loving wife Gloria, James is survived by six children, Stephen Dynes of Calgary, Ruth and Cliff Campbell of Oshawa, ON, Mark and Judith Dynes of Cambridge, ON, Laura and Shawn Rainbird, Timothy and Jennifer Dynes, and Philip Dynes, all of Calgary; and nine grandchildren, Crystal, Tara, Amberley, Allan, Amanda, Kirsten, Sean, Danika, and Tina. He is also survived by his sister Dorothy Stevens of Kingston, ON. Funeral Services will be held at Crescent Heights Baptist Church (1212 – 1st Street N.W.) on Friday, March 12, 2004 at 1:30 P.M. with the Rev. Doug Johnston officiating.
