Obituary of Marilyn Helen Reamer

Marilyn Helen Reamer of Calgary, beloved daughter, wife, mother and grandmother passed away peacefully on Monday, March 8, 2004 following an extended illness at the age of 51 years. Marilyn was born in Toronto, ON on March 16, 1952. She moved to Calgary in 1965 and spent the majority of her life in this area. Marilyn courageously battled health issues for much of her life. She received a lung transplant in 1992, a blessing which allowed her an additional twelve years to see her daughters grow up and the birth of the joy of her life, grandson Brayden. Marilyn graced us with her beauty and unconditional love and touched the lives of many people throughout her life. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband Randy; daughters, Katrina (Jared) Carlson and Tiffany; grandson Brayden; mother and father, Lorna and George O’Gorman; brothers, David (Julie) and Rick (Debbie); sisters, Patricia (Joe) Geddes, Krista (Pat) Lampman, and Debbie; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and nieces. “Rest in peace our borrowed Angel” Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.), on Thursday, March 11, 2004 at 6:00 P.M. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Cecilia’s Catholic Church (321 – 90th Avenue S.E.) on Friday, March 12, 2004 at 10:30 A.M. with the Rev. Bruce Schute, SAC Presider.
