Obituary of Ouina Muriel Macfarland

Ouina Muriel Macfarland passed away at the Foothills Hospital on the morning of February 24, 2004. She was the daughter of Frederick Adolph Mellor and Muriel Mellor (nee Johannes) and was born in Lucknow, India. Her sister, Phyllis; her brothers, Fred and Ronald; and her husband, Harold predeceased her. Ouina is survived by her sons, Stephen (Maggie) and Hugo (Joy) and her grandsons Ralph and Giles. She is also survived by her nephews, Geoffrey and Giles Hayes and by her nieces Gerry King and Phylis Netherway. Two nephews predeceased her, David Mellor and John Mellor (A.K.A. Joe Strummer).
