Obituary of Abraham Lebelzohn

Abraham Lebelzohn of Calgary passed away peacefully at Rockyview General Hospital on Friday, February 20, 2004 at the age of 95 years. From early childhood, through two world wars and his immigration to Canada in 1975, the primordial focus of Abraham’s life was caring for and constantly improving the life of his family. We will miss him dearly. He was the devoted husband of the late Anna Lebelzohn; dear father of the late Carol Lebenzon and Raul Lobelsohn (Carolla) of Israel; father-in-law of Angela Lebenzon; grandfather of Dan and Darlene Lebenzon, Mirella Lobelsohn of Israel; and great-grandfather of Cara and Jackie Lebenzon. Abraham is also survived by his sister Adella Flicker as well as several nephews in Israel. Graveside Service will be held at Queen’s Park Cemetery, (4 Street and 32 Avenue N.W.) on Sunday, February 22, 2004 at 1:30 P.M.
