Obituary of Christina Southwood

Christina (Justina) Southwood (nee Medwid) of Airdrie passed away peacefully at the Bethany Care Centre, Airdrie on Wednesday, February 4, 2004 at the age of 88 years, after a lengthy illness. She will be lovingly missed by her family, Idalee and Peter Van Dyck of Airdrie, Christina Harris of Calgary, and Leila Southwood of Crossfield; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers, Anthony Medwid and John Medwid, and her sister Helen Pope. A Memorial Service will be held at the Bethany Care Centre (1736 – 1st Avenue NW, Airdrie, AB) on Tuesday, February 10, 2004 at 3:00 P.M. To forward condolences go to www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
