Obituary of Mary Elsie Duffin

Mary Elsie Duffin (nee Higgins) of Calgary, passed away at the Rockyview General Hospital on Sunday, January 25, 2004 at the age of 86 years. Elsie was born in Drumheller on August 17, 1917. She is survived by four sons, Bob (Liz) of Kingston, ON, Tom (Grace) of Smithers, BC, Marc and Scott of Calgary; two daughters Billie Mleczko and Jan (Ted) Gauthier of Calgary. Elsie will be sadly missed by her nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, as well as many other family members. She will be lovingly remembered by all. Elsie was predeceased by her husband Jim in August of 2000 and her son Ward in October of 2002. At Elsie’s request there will be no service.
