Condolences
Darcy – you will be missed – being your professor at Brandon University – I saw a person who was always pushing himself to be a great accountant, student and friend.
I enjoyed the time we had when we went for lunch in Calgary – you gave me great joy in knowing you – my thoughts are with your family – in my heart you know you have a place in being together in life!
I have been thinking about Darcy for sometime now hoping and praying for his recovery as losing someone of his quality is really a loss for anyone that knew him. I pray for comfort for you Tanya your boys and all those whose life Darcy touched. It’s moving to know now that Darcy is in the presence of his Heavenly Father
Tanya my sincere condolences to you and the family. My heart breaks for your loss. I know words don’t help but wanted you to know you’re in my prayers. If there’s anything at all I can do for you please reach out.
My deepest condolences on Darcy’s passing. Darcy and I went to both College + University together in Brandon, Manitoba. It’s been a long time since we have seen each other, but I will always remember him for his amazing intelligence, being thoughtful and soft spoken, quick wit, and he was a heckuva pool player back in the day, as well. More recently, I came across his musings on his blog, and found his posts incredibly profound.
My Deepest Condolences to the Zacharias Family and to Tanya and the Kids. May the Almighty give you all the Strength to handle the loss of Darcy. May his Soul Rest in Peace. I am so sorry for your Loss.

Dear Tanya and family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I have fond memories of working for Darcy at Enbridge. I especially remember his humour, easy-going nature, and his 100-day plan…he had just finished MBA school and wanted to make things happen. Later I appreciated his friendship and hearing about the joy and laughs his family brought him. My deepest condolences.

Dear Tanya, Richard, Eric and family,
Darcy will be missed by everyone as he touched so many people but he will live forever in your and our hearts. He was so kind to share his story of courage and faith through his blog, Life Thoughts and Learning, there are many lessons for all of us there.
Dear Tanya, Richard, Eric and Family,
We are so very sorry for your loss. We know first hand the grief that comes with losing someone close to you in this way. We hope there is some peace in knowing that Darcy is with our Father in Heaven. We are keeping you all in our prayers – Robyn, Chris, Ally & Luke Giardino.
Dear Zacharias family,
My heart breaks with you for the loss of your beloved husband and father. It’s difficult to understand God’s will in the fallout of this tragedy. In my own life, when I experienced a similar loss in my own immediately family several years ago, the Lord’s presence was closer and more real to me than at any other time in my life. I pray that He will similarly be so close and real to all of you in this time of grieving. My family and I have upheld you in prayer, and we will continue to do so.
Psalm 73:23-26
23 Nevertheless, I am continually with you;
you hold my right hand.
24 You guide me with your counsel,
and afterward you will receive me to glory.
25 Whom have I in heaven but you?
And there is nothing on earth that I desire besides you.
26 My flesh and my heart may fail,
but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.
I pray that he will be your strength in this difficult time.
Dear Tanya, Richard, Eric and Family,
We are so sorry and saddened for your loss. Darcy has been a trusted friend for over 35 years and he will be deeply missed. Dear Tanya and family,
I met Darcy through his lines in his Life Thoughts and Learning blog. I admired his strength, faith and specially the love he expressed for his family and friends. Today I am so sad and I just want to humbly offer my deepest and sincere condolences to Tanya, Eric and Richard, and rest of his family. He will always be there for you.
