Obituary of Clayton James Thomson

It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Clayton Thomson of Calgary at the tender age of 19 years, on Wednesday, January 21, 2004. Clay’s presence and incredible charm was bigger than life and his uncanny sense of humour was just one of his many attributes that made him the special person that he was. Clay had many hardships to face during his short life, but was never afraid to tackle new adventures and challenges with every bit of wisdom and energy that he could muster up. Anyone who was a friend of Clay’s had a friend for life, and there are many who will cherish his friendship forever. Clay was loved, and will be fondly missed, by his loving parents Ron and Shelly; and big brother Jordi. He also leaves behind his Grandma Peggy; Grandma T.; Grandpa Don and Julie; his Auntie Lynn (Roy); Auntie Cindy (Mark); Uncle Rick (Allyne); Uncle Randy; Auntie Marney (Gary) and Uncle David (Heather). He will also be missed by many special cousins; his special dog C.J.; special buddy Joe, and very special life-long friend Jeanna, as well as numerous friends. Clay was predeceased by his Grandpa Chuck; Great-grandma Helmer and Great-uncle John.
