Obituary of Arthur James BEEBY

April 16, 1930 – June 16, 2019 Arthur “Jim” Beeby of Calgary, Alberta passed away peacefully at AgeCare Midnapore on Sunday, June 16, 2019 at the age of 89 years. Jim Beeby, son of Ennis and Albert Beeby, was born in the family home In Maple Creek, SK on April 16, 1930. Jim joined siblings, Frank, Marg and Bill; he would later be joined by brother Fred and sister Ruth, who are left to mourn his passing. The Beeby family moved from Maple Creek to Saskatoon in 1947. Jim worked as a laundry porter at Saskatoon City Hospital until retirement. He was a faithful member of the Full Gospel Church for sixty-eight years. Jim and Fred moved to Calgary in December 2017 to be closer to their sister Ruth. Besides his siblings, Fred and Ruth, Jim leaves to mourn his sister-in-law Janet Beeby and nieces, Darla (Ross) Matchett, Patti (Steve) Critchley, Donna (Daryl) Wilson and Jackie (Ross) Roy. Jim was predeceased by his siblings, Frank, Marg and Bill; brother-in-law Ray Cairns, niece Kathy Gale and nephew Jimmy Moore.
