Obituary of Pearl Rosenbaum

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Pearl Rosenbaum on Wednesday, December 3, 2003 at the age of 93 years. Pearl was born in Poland and immigrated to Calgary with her eldest son to join her husband, in 1935. She worked along side her husband of seventy-three years before their retirement. She was very proud of her family and Jewish Heritage, was a generous community supporter and loved to travel. Pearl will be lovingly remembered by her children, Hymie (Ruth) Rosenbaum, Fran (Harry) Goldberg, and Ed (Felice) Rosenbaum; her nine devoted grandchildren, Barbara (Tom) Routledge, Rita (Issi) Geier, Simma (Jamie) Sidlofsky, Lindsay (Marnie) Goldberg, Murray (Ann) Goldberg, Georgie, Kerrianne, Danielle, and Cheryl Rosenbaum; as well as eleven great-grandchildren. Pearl was predeceased by her loving husband Saul on July 4, 2002.
