Condolences
Bless our day
You are and will always be missed
I love you mom
So sorry to hear about Thelma. Thelma and myself had just gotten reacquainted and I really do feel a sadness in my heart for her family. Please accept my condolences. I am sure she is up in heaven with my Mom & Dad (Silva & Evelyn Blais) having a good time.
Our deepest sympathies to the family of Thelma. I have fond memories of Thelma from years ago, I especially remember her sense of humour and her wit, muat be a Sicotte trait. Thelma and I reconnected through email in 2013 while we were both battling cancer, I enjoyed her emails, I like to think we kept each other strong. It was obvious she still had her sense of humour, strong faith and love of family.
Over the years our families lost contact but I stayed updated through my Mom & Dad (Joseph & Evelyn Blais), unfortunately we also lost both of them in January this year, 12 days apart. I hope that Mom & Dad have found Thelma and all the others who have gone before them and they are all at peace and no longer suffering and all looking down on us all from above. Cherish the memories and may God bless your family through this time of sorrow.

To Susan, Gary, Gord, Michael, Wayne, Rick and Families,
We have lost one of my favourite life long friends. Which happened to be my first babysitter and cousin. She was one of the most loving and hardworking people I have ever known. I will always miss her and her sharp wit. You are fortunate that you, I’m sure, have all inhereited her wonderful DNA and great characteristics (Ducommun & Sicotte).
With love and our sincere condolences,
Rollie & Susie Sicotte and Family
Our hearts are saddened by the loss of your beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. Thelma was an amazingly strong woman who always put her family first. Her spunk and wit will always be something to admire. May you be comforted by the love surrounding you and cherish her memory forever.
Sending our love,
Jennifer, Olivia & Sophia Scaffeo
Thelma, you will always be in my heart. Dwayne, Anna-Lisa and myself always looked forward to seeing you and visiting our cousins. You truly had the patience of a Saint with all the chaos us kids caused during many of our family gatherings.
May you find eternal peace knowing how much love surrounds you.
I am so saddened by the passing of one of my favorite Canadian cousins, Thelma. and my heart goes out to her entire family. She was a one of a kind person. I always looked forward to her e-mails as they were usually hysterical. What little time we spent together in the past, there was always a lot of laughter. Thelma was a pleasure to be around….so funny and she never acted her age…thank God. I know she will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. I am proud to say she was my cousin. RIP Thelma. Although I know heaven will never be the same when you get there!! xoxo
Our sympathies to all the Thelma Moyen Family. Our thoughts and Prayers are with you all. Sorry we could not attend.
Mike & Shannon & Family,
There’s magic in a Mother’s touch, and sunshine in her smile. There’s love in everything she does to make our lives worthwhile. We can find both hope and courage just by looking in her eyes. Her laughter is a source of joy, her works are warm and wise. There is a kindness and compassion to be found in her embrace and we see the light of heaven shining from a Mother’s face.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you, love always
Sorry for your loss. Thelma was always so kind to me. I have always thought so highly of her.
Dear Susan and Al, Gary and Debbie, Gord, Michael and Shannon,
May the memories of your Mom, Thelma, be a source of healing and strength as you morn her passing. She was a welcoming, loving and fun-loving lady who always had a kind word for everyone. I had the privilege of knowing her as a sister in law and as a friend. It was a joy to finally see her at Dan’s birthday. I know she suffered so much!
May she find eternal peace and rest in the arms of her Creator. May God bless you all and comfort you in your grief.
Ho Mom,
How’s it going today? Busy but we had an awesome day yesterday remembering how crazy our family is! So much fun we had!
We didn’t expect what we were expecting but you finished the chapter perfectly with me before you handed me the book to add my adventures.
Darnit! Really the wave of sadness that spread worldwide with your departure will soon be overcome by our awesome memories of you.
Just a little note to make me smile!
My last month with you was amazing!
and to have your hand signed ” I love you so much and I pray for your healing and think of you every day!” On a card I got two weeks ago is precious.
You knew. Didn’t you?
But you always did. Boy we could hide anything!
This getting me through this because really my heart is broken. But I’ll be strong for you.
The world knows you left by the way!
Wow and what an exit…
stage left!!
You lit up the sky with colours that impressed the world!
They really sent the Angels down to recieve you.
You are the greateest woman I will ever know.
I promise I won’t talk too much
and to never allow my faith in God to waver.
Your prayers saved me!
And you sent it loud and clear to me on the train from the hospital when you came home with me.
Like when you saw grandma Theresa beside me in the hospital when I arrived. She was my guardian Angel and promised me when we saw her leave.
Now that is your role in my life.
And for all of us in this awesome family!
I promise to You,
we will be strong as family to carry your spirit and endurance and selflessness that you showed the world.
I am honored to be your Son and I will miss you dearly and forever
Until We Meet Again…
God Bless our Day!!
Love Gord.
