Dear,Gary,Brian Debbie and Steve
Sorry to hear that your Mom passed.I have great memories of playing marbles with her and the time she told me her middle name was Its a bell (Isabell). We had a good laugh at that. She helped me out when I had to take my hairdressing exam when she volunteered to let me use her hair for finger waving. She had naturally wavy hair.I don’t think I would have passed with out her.
She will be missed but as Brian said she is in a better place now.Bet she is playing marbles with my Mom and Dad and winning. Jean and Stan Murphy
Dear Gary, Brian, Debbie, and Steve,
I was saddened to hear of your Mother’s passing, and wanted to send my condolences. She was such a lovely lady! I always enjoyed my visits with her both at breakfast and in the sun room at The Chinook nursing home when I was there visiting my aunt, Charna. She was so bright, and such a good conversationalist! I was always so impressed at the way she remembered details of things we’d talked about in the past, as well as the way she always showed an interest in my family, with questions about everyone’s well-being each time I would visit. I am sure she will be missed by many!
Hugs to you all,
Deb Finkleman
I had the pleasure of meeting Marg some 30 years ago, when I visited Susan (my sister) and Mike in Calgary. She was a funny & wonderful lady!!
With my sympathy, on the passing of your dear Mother & Grandmother.

Dear Gary, Brian and the whole family,
I was very sad this morning to see Margaret’s obituary in today’s paper. I have such fond memories of the hours we whiled away together on the porch at Chinook, of the mealtime conversations, the joy Margaret took from her little dog, and of course the love and devotion of her family. I did intend to visit after my mom passed away, but somehow never did and I’m sorry for that.
It’s very hard to lose a parent – no matter how old you are or how old they are. I hope all your good memories will be a comfort at this time.
Margaret was a great lady and appreciated by all who knew her. She will be missed.
Warmest regard, Judy Shapiro (Charna’s daughter)
