Condolences
Hi stella, I am so sorry for the sad news. I want to offer my deep condolence. He was a great man of all the years I’ve known you both. May god bless his soul. Amen…Ken and Leila …
Susan & Kathy,
with deepest sympathy, my thoughts are with all of you. He was a wonderful man from what I have read and the bit you have told me. I met him at Susan’s wedding and wished I had had the opportunity to get to spend more time with him.
big hugs to all
Love
Shar Skodis
Donna,
Sorry to read about your dad in the newspaper. The words chosen presented a kind, loving and lively man. And that is the guy I remember from 30 (or more!) years ago. I still marvel at how he somehow managed to convince me, who is not at all comfortable in water, to jump into Elkwater Lake and take me for my first water ski. Once bobbing in the lake with the skis on, I remember breathlessly telling your dad that the only reason I was doing this was because I was convinced he could turn that boat around lickety split if I fell. He patiently assured me that he was fully capable of doing so – although he did have a funny little grin on his face. A small memory I wanted to share of your dad.
