Obituary of Chelsey Nicole MCPHEDRAN

September 21, 1992 – Calgary, Alberta May 11, 2016 – Calgary, Alberta Chelsey McPhedran, beloved daughter of Ellen Scogin and sister of Christian McPhedran, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at the age of 23 years. Chelsey was a beautiful soul who embraced life. She was admired by family and friends, was fun loving and warmed her way into the hearts of many. Chelsey was a bright young woman with a passion for music and enjoyed being surrounded by her friends. She was vibrant, spirited and enjoyed life to the fullest. Chelsey is survived by her mother, Ellen Scogin; brother, Christian McPhedran; grandmother, Heather McPhedran and her uncle, James McPhedran. Chelsey will be deeply missed in the hearts of those she left behind. Chelsey was predeceased by her father, Gord (March 17, 2011); grandfather, Glen McPhedran (March 9, 2011); and grandmother, Joan Scogin (October 15, 2011). A Celebration of Life will be held at the Redwood Meadows Community Centre (Redwood Meadows, AB) on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 from 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm with tributes at 5:30 pm.
