August 8, 1985 – Warsaw, Poland March 14, 2016 – Calgary, AB Max Zmyslowski beloved husband of Marta Zmyslowski passed away on March 14, 2016 at the age of 30 years. Besides his loving wife Marta, Max is survived by his parents Malgorzata and Andrzej Zmyslowski; mother-in-law Teresa Januszewska; sister-in-law and brother-in-law Joanna and Rafal and niece Nikola; sister Anna and niece Wiki; and numerous loving extended family and friends. He was predeceased by his father-in-law Krzysztof Januszewski.
