Obituary of Maxine Elizabeth RICHARDSON

May 18, 1937 – Edmonton, Alberta January 24, 2016 – Calgary, Alberta Maxine Richardson passed away Sunday, January 24, 2016 after a four month battle with cancer. She passed quietly, surrounded by family, at the Dulcina Hospice in Calgary. She is survived by her husband Daryl; brother Frank (Annie); four children, David (Ana), Ken (Julia), Neil (Elizabeth) and Margo (Will); seven grandchildren, Sheila (Michael), Kassey (James), Terrin, Sean, Noah, Emily, and Matthew; and three great-grandchildren, Kayl, Malcolm, and Madison. Maxine will be dearly missed, as she was the cornerstone of the family. A Celebration of Maxine’s Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Chapel of the Bells, 2720 Centre Street North) on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes in Maxine’s honour may be made directly to the charity of the donor’s choice. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at both the Foothills Medical Centre and Dulcina Hospice for their care and guidance through the past four months.
