Condolences
My most greatest sympathy goes out to the lovely children/now adults Mrs. S. raised. My mom, Betty and Grace were best of friends and that’s how I got to know Mrs. S. Her laughter and warmth were so welcoming to all and when Grace and Betty shared their evening martini together in Burnett it was a delight to see.
I will always remember her as a wonderful lady with a strong will, strong bear hug, strong swimmer, opening her arms to all. Love to the whole family with great memories.

Grace and my mother were best of friends from childhood. I will always remember Grace for her laughter.
My deepest sympathy to all the family. Grace was a wonderful friend whom I will miss her. Her family was her pride and joy and I know you will all have wonderful memories to fall back on.
I am sending my deepest condolences to the Stewart family. I know how much she loved you all. I was glad that she moved to Calgary to be near her family there, although we missed her in Ottawa.
Grace was a super Grandma to my girls and very special to me. An amazing woman and an excellent role model to all. I will never forget her warmth. I miss her and her wonderful ways.
My condolences to you all. Grace was like my grandma too. It was nice to see Gray’s name again. I remember him still, as I will Grace. warm hugs. Lisa xo
Sending my love and respect from Ottawa. Thank you so much to Derek, Bruce, Sue, Chris, Brandon and Devin and the rest of the Calgary family for taking such good care of Grandma in her final decade. She had so much fun with all of you! We were so blessed to have her close when we were small. She was an amazing grandmother. She would give us smarties and important rules of etiquette, as well as good pranks to play. Icecube down the neck? Classic. We will always cherish the memory of her dauntless enthusiasm, can-do attitude and classy panache. Love you Grandma.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. Grace was an amazing person. She was a warm, caring, positive, and well respected woman. We were all so blessed to have had the pleasure of sharing our lives with her. We love her and will miss her dearly but know her spirit will live on in our hearts. God bless…

I wish to extend my sincere condolences to the Stewart family.
I met Mrs. Stewart in 1967 through Gray and Ian. Mrs. Stewart welcomed me in to the Stewart inner sanctum where I had the pleasure of experiencing the most lovely, charming little boys who always greeted me with excitement and warmth.
I recall a time in the early years when Gray, Clive and Anthea were in hospital all at once. Mrs. Stewart, with courage and the grace that befits her name, rose to the occasion as I discovered she did in all her challenges.
My close friendship with Ian and Anthea continues to this day and I have always, through them, been keep apprised of the lives of those wonderful little boys.
May you find comfort and strength during this difficult time.
Your friend,
Sylvie
