Obituary of Caroline Singh

May 1, 1936 – Georgetown, Guyana, South America July 26, 2015 – Calgary, Alberta Caroline Singh beloved wife of Harry Singh of Calgary, went home to be with her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on Sunday, July 26, 2015 at the age of 79 years. Caroline immigrated to Canada in 1968 and called Calgary her home. She was a member of the Southwood Church of God and has lead many people to the Lord. She was very hospitable, loving and caring. She enjoyed cooking, baking, sewing and reading her bible. Caroline is survived by her husband, Harry Singh; daughters, Abigail (Daniel) Singh, Susanna (Paul) Shenfield and son, Peter (Corina) Singh; grandchildren, Adrian, Jonathan, Brandon, Cheryl (Brendon), Melissa (Ashley), Shane and Adam (Tanis); as well great-grandchildren, Joshua, Christian, Shania and Lucas; brothers and sisters, Bertram (Evangeline) Rampersaud, Christine (Lawrence) Seenandan, Victor Rampersaud, Hilda (John) Baddeir, Reverend Alfred (Linda) Rampersaud and Esme Charles as well many nieces, nephews and friends. Caroline was predeceased by her mother, Etwaria Madray in 1998, her father, Ram Persaud in 1952, step-father, Bishop Cecil Madray in 2011 and daughter, Elizabeth Singh in 1981 Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Deerfoot South, 12281 – 40th Street S.E.) on Monday, August 3, 2015, from 2:30 pm to 5:00p.m. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Deerfoot South, 12281 – 40th Street S.E.) on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at 10:30 AM.
