Obituary of Jason Elwood Wade McIVOR

December 10, 1971 – Winnipeg, Manitoba July 26, 2015 – Calgary, Alberta Jason McIvor, beloved and special son of Ken and Erna McIvor of Calgary, passed away on Sunday, July 26, 2015 at the age of 43 years. Jason will be remembered for his awesome personality, sense of humour and limitless love for all those who knew him. Jason overcame many difficulties throughout his life with strength, faith, and the love of family, friends, and co-workers. He will be greatly missed by everyone. Besides his loving parents, Jason is survived by sisters, Kelly Kaiser (Helmut) and Angela McIvor (Ken Brown); nieces and nephews, Taylor and Erin Beaton, Alexandra Henderson (Wyatt), Natasha and Sebastian Kaiser; great-nephew Lukas Henderson; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Chapel of the Bells, 2720 Centre Street N) on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Chapel of the Bells, 2720 Centre Street N) on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. A graveside service will follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery.
