Obituary of John C. BENETTI

August 5, 1954 – Rive-De-Gier, France July 18, 2015 – Calgary, Alberta John Benetti, beloved best friend and husband of Joan Benetti of Calgary, passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at the age of 60 years. Besides the love of his life for thirty-two years, John is survived by their son James. He was predeceased by his parents, Ettore Benetti (1983) and Teresa Benetti (2015). John was a creative man, with a quiet strength that led him to the top of the Engineering profession, (the Wizard of Water). He enjoyed painting and gardening, but his passion was for music. He played guitar very well, as long as he didn’t try singing. He had a wry wit and had the ability to make people smile. A Celebration of John’s Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Crowfoot, 82 Crowfoot Circle N.W.), on Monday, July 27, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
