The shock of Carol’s passing will take a long time to absorb. The gap in the artist community is huge. Carol was like the ever ready battery commercial…she just kept on going. Her generosity is the first thing I felt when I met Carol. Can you imagine how many artists benefitted from her ever creative assistance?

I think everyone of us artists needs to commit a painting in dedication to the spirit of how Carol encouraged us all. Just do it. I think that’s what she’d like or have a round of golf in memory of our dear friend.
