Obituary of Rosina RUSSO

July 2, 1942 – Frascineto, Cosenza, Italy May 12, 2015 – Calgary, Alberta Rosina Russo, beloved wife of Francesco Russo of Calgary passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at the age of 72 years. Besides her loving husband of fifty years, Rosina is survived by her daughters, Ermelinda Russo and Caterina (Marco) Falcione; grandchildren, Lucas Falcione, Cecilia Profeta and Sarina Falcione. She is also survived by her siblings, Emilia Stabile and Vincenzo (Maria) Stabile, both of Italy; and numerous nieces and nephews. Rosina was predeceased by her parents Caterina Stabile (nee Policastro) and Francesco Stabile; and her siblings, Giovanni Stabile and Rosalina Cataldi (nee Stabile). Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Chapel of the Bells, 2720 Centre Street North) on Monday, May 18, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Mary, Mother of the Redeemer Catholic Church (1714 – 14th Avenue N.E.) on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Queen’s Park Mausoleum.
