Obituary of Ronald John EATON

March 15, 1947 – Calgary, Alberta April 5, 2015 – Calgary, Alberta It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved husband, dad, brother and grandpa on Sunday, April 5, 2015 at the age of 68 years. Ron was born in Calgary on March 15, 1947. He lived in many cities across Canada with his military parents and followed his dad into the Royal Canadian Navy. Ron loved animals, nature, and travelling. He had a wonderful sense of humour, loved to entertain and spend time with friends and family. Grandpa Ron was so proud of and loved spending time with his grandchildren, Erin and Nathan Keogh and Cole, Daniel, and Benjamin Rice. Ron is survived by his wife Mary; daughters, Lawrie Michelle (James) Keogh and Alison Lee (Dallas) Rice; and sister Janice (Jim) Eaton. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Chapel of the Bells, 2720 Centre Street North) on Friday, April 10, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery in the Field of Honour.
