Obituary of Teresa Jeannine SLENO

February 9, 1955 – Bissett, Manitoba September 4, 2018 – Calgary, Alberta It is with great sadness that the family of Teresa Jeannine Sleno of Calgary, Alberta announces her passing at the Rockyview General Hospital on September 4, 2018 at the age of 63 years. Teresa was born in Bissett, MB on February 9, 1955 to Rhys and Jeannette Morgan. Teresa was the middle child of a family of seven. She earned her Bachelor of Education at the University of Manitoba and taught at Arborg, MB for two years. In 1980, Teresa moved to Calgary and began her teaching career of thirty-one years for the Rockyview School Division. She met her loving husband Bob in 1982 and they married in 1985. Bob and Teresa celebrated their thirty-third anniversary this summer. Besides her loving husband, Robert, Teresa is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Sarah and Rob; her son Joel; her four brothers and two sisters-in-law, Wynn and Jan, Bill, David and Miriam; and Grant; her two sisters and brothers-in-law, Nancy and Dave and Nadine and Bill; and her many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY () on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow at the funeral home.
