December 19, 1922 – Norwich, Ontario December 28, 2014 – Calgary, Alberta Phyllis Crockett of Dorchester, ON, passed away in Calgary, AB on December 28, 2014 at the age of 92 years. Phyllis was the loving mother to Kevin (Lorna) Crockett of Edmonton and Carolyn Horne of Calgary, AB; and proud grandmother to Brittany Crockett of Edmonton and Philip and Ashley Horne of Calgary, AB. She was predeceased by her husband and soul mate Everett (Ev) Arnold Crockett. A Private Family Service will be held in Calgary, AB.
