Condolences
Graham and family – It is never easy to lose a parent (at any age). But now it is time to be a peace and reflect on past memories you all share. I didn’t know your mom but I’m sure getting together with family and reflecting on those good memories will help bring closure to you all at this sad time.
My sincere sympathy to your family.
Ted & I are very sorry to hear of your loss, Alaina & Family, Cam and Graham. We did not know your Mom well but did know your Dad and know what it is to lose parents. Recently, on Jan 12th, my Father passed and he was born the same year as your Dad was, I believe, in December of 1934– he was 80 but had fought Parkinsons’ disease for several years and his quality of life was steadily declining especially over the past year.
Anyway, our sincere sympathies on the loss of your Mother– we only get one of those in life so I am sure she will be missed. May you take comfort from the fact that others share in your grief and good memories. It turns out my good friend, Vicki Herd, is also close to your family which is how I found out about the Memorial today.
My heartfelt condolences to Cam, Graham, Alaina, Craig & Isabel for their loss. Joyce was so warm, witty and welcoming she made me feel like part of the family. Along with you I will miss Joyce’s loving nature. I sincerely hope you can revel in the wonderful memories she created for your family to help you through your grief.
