Obituary of Margaret Lorrain Moore

March 3, 1924- Hussar, AB December 7, 2014- Calgary, AB Margaret Lorrain Moore, of Calgary, passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2014 at the age of 90 years. Margaret was born in Hussar to a small farming family. She met and married James on Valentine’s Day of 1953 and lived in Calgary where they started their family. Margaret was a woman of many talents; sharing her cooking, sewing skills and beautiful garden with her family and friends. Margaret was also a strong working woman, proud of her work in accounting where she was employed with Burns and Company, Alberta Pacific Grain Company, Federal Grain and the Alberta Wheat Pool. Margaret is survived by beloved son Wayne (Charlotte) and their children, Meghan (PeeJay) Lanneville and Amanda (Bradley) Deibert. Margaret was a proud great-grandma to Ellah, Jacquelyn and Molly. Margaret was predeceased by her husband James and sister Mary. Private Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Chapel of the Bells, 2720 Centre Street North).
