Condolences
Clarke and family of Pat, it was with sadness that I read of Pat’s passing in the Winter 2015 issue of the MONTANAN. Pat was a dear friend during our college days. Pat and I shared many laughs and adventures. Reading Pat’s obituary, it is apparent that she was very much a contributor to her family, community and alma mater, the University of Montana. Rest in peace, Pat. My sincere sympathy to you, Clarke and Pat’s family, on the loss of a special lady.

Dear Clarke and Family, we were so sorry to learn of Pat’s passing. Although I met her and shared time with her and her family back in 1963 she was always a special cousin. You and the entire McCallum family will miss her love. May the wonderful memories you have of this special lady bring some comfort in the difficult days ahead.

We were not privileged to have a long friendship with Pat, but over the course of some years in Arizona, we came to admire and appreciate her genuine warmth, caring, and talents. It was a privilege to know her.
It will be hard to believe that during this winter season that she will not be a bright and gracious shining light in our homes. May she rest in peace. Our heartfelt condolences to Clark and family. John and Carol Gianforte
We were very sad to hear of Pat’s passing. She was a lovely, thoughtful, and always a fun person to be around. Our condolences to you and your family.

Clarke, Doug, Dave and families: Pat had unconditional love for you, her family, and all her friends, and a lot of tolerance for all others. She would warm the room with her smile and never completely reveal what she was up to. She was quick to volunteer and always thoughtful of others. No task was beyond her ability to organize it and no goal would go unrecognized. It was an honor to have Pat consider us friends and be treated like family. Many of our fondest UM memories start with, “do you remember when Pat and Clarke ….. insert story here!” Pat would not want us to grieve but grieve we shall. We will also celebrate a life well-lived not only by Pat but all those who knew Pat. To our dearest friend, Patricia “Pat” Ann McCallum Lamont.
So sorry for your loss. Our hearts are with you at this very difficult time.
Nobody livened up the room and had more fun doing it than the Lamonts when I was working for the Alumni Association at The University of Montana. I’m sorry to hear of your loss, Clarke, but was glad to read here that the hospice care she received was excellent – what a fantastic woman.
Sorry to hear of your loss; Clarke, Doug /Molly &boys, Dave . May fond memories help heal the pain of your loss. What a wonderful legacy Patsy has left. Xoxo

We deeply regret hearing the sad news. The world all at once became a much more dreary place. It seems that the good people leave us all too soon. However, we extend to the family our sincere and heartfelt sympathy and offer to do whatever we can to help during this time. Friends help during such times.
All the best, George and Jane Dennison
