Obituary of Shirley Ann FOX (nee Fritz)

February 14, 1947 – Yorkton, Saskatchewan

October 13, 2019 – Airdrie, Alberta

Shirley beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend of Airdrie, AB, passed away suddenly at home on October 13, 2019 at the age of 72 years.

Shirley enjoyed, loved, and had a passion for creating beauty and sharing her talent through floral design. Shirley's devotion to her children, grandchildren, and family was invaluable.  Shirley also loved shopping and had a knack for finding great deals as she firmly believed that "she was always in the right place for good fortune." She will be remembered for her love of all God's creatures and her incredible baking.

Shirley is survived by her children, Brett (Maureen), Jan (Kurt), Mark (Jocelyn), and Angela (Tyler); grandchildren, Britney, Kelly, Evan, Haden, Mick, Tristen, Cheyenne; step grandchildren, Katie (Ty), Jason, Alyssa (Travis); and step great-grandchildren, Vienna and Beau. Shirley is also survived by her two sisters, Arlene Kuzek and Debra Rushfeldt (Rod Bremner). She will be missed by all who have had the joy of knowing Shirley.

Shirley was predeceased by her parents Art and Angela Fritz and her lifelong friend Larry Fox.
