Condolences
Hello Celeste
I am truly saddened by the loss of your husband. It Bill who used to live in Calgary on McDougall Rd. Jerry and I were fast friends and we went to Ukrainian school together and to church together. We were good Ukrainian boys who got into trouble once in a while and we were always hanging out. Later years I moved to Edmonton and we lost touch for some time. I visited family in Calgary and on occasion I would try and contact Jerry to get together and reminisce. I always admired the fact that he went onto university and got his degree. I wished I would have kept in touch with him more often. I remember you and you may remember me. I always thought Jerry had made a good choice in marrying you. My deepest sympathies go out to you and your daughter. Take care and God Bless you all
Bill
Celeste so sorry to hear about Jerry. My thoughts are with you and Kathleen.
I remember Jerry during our shared childhood at the Ukrainian Catholic church. He stood out as friendly, funny and a ball of energy.I would like to send my sincere condolences to Jerry's family, especially his mother and sister,Helen.
So sorry to hear of Jerry's sudden passing. Our thoughts are with you and Kathleen. Glad we were able to get together last January in Florida.
Our thoughts and sympathies are with you both Celeste and Kathleen. On our last business trip together, I could tell that Jerry was really looking forward to getting home, making the quick trip to Kalispell with you and taking it easy until your next trip to Hawaii to meet up with Kathleen, his "little girl".

I met Jerry while working at Trojan Ind. I was just a Laubouror at the time and was helping him look for some product. Jerry didn't know me but was friendly and kind and started a conversation. Jerry was talking about a trip he went on to the Berrett Jackson auction and how fun it was. As I worked my way up the ladder with Trojan I work more and more with Jerry more. I noticed that he was nice to everyone he met, it was his personality. He was just so "happy go lucky" always ready to meet people and make friends. His laugh would draw everyone into the conversation.
Jerry helped guide my career development and always helped me with all my work issues. My last memory with Jerry is all the laughs we had with the City of Leduc Engineers at lunch. I wish I could have worked with Jerry more and got to see him enjoy retirement. He will be missed very much.
I am so sorry Celeste and Kathleen at the passing of Jerry. I am shocked and heartbroken and will miss my Best Buddy , I wish we could do one more lunch and have one more B.S. session together as we used to laugh so much we would cry. I will miss him calling me a little bugger, Jimmy and Buddy. At times we wouldn't hear from each other for a while but knew there would always be a get together soon. He finished many conversations with me saying I love you buddy. Jerry I love you buddy and will miss you dearly. I am sure they are stomping the grapes for you up above.
