Condolences
I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Rita. I enjoyed working with Rita and Ken through their volunteering at the Airdrie Food Bank. I am glad I got to know such a lovely woman and will fondly remember her beautiful smile and willingness to support those in need. My sincere condolences to Ken and family. She is gone much too soon.
I knew Rita for almost forty years. Our children grew up together. Rita made me a better person, and I am richer for knowing her. I admired so many things about her, and I am thankful that she was my friend, and thankful for the years we shared. Rest In Peace Rita. I love you. ~ J

I got to meet Rita and Ken when they would come into the shoe store. What wonderful couple
then I would always see them out walking. Always out walking and they would take the time
to stop in and see me. Ken and family and friends I am so sorry about your loss. She was a
amazing gal and she will be missed
Dear Ken and families
We are so sorry to hear of Rita's passing. I have such great memories of our golf games and golf road trips together. She was so much fun to be around and such a beautiful person inside and out. We feel very blessed to have shared a friendship with her. We cannot be with you to celebrate Rita's life tomorrow but we will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.

I met Rita and Ken at a workshop in Niagara Falls - shared some of our respective hopes and struggles with a difficult diagnosis, and also laughed and danced... Hers was a beautiful kind warm spirit and I am grateful to have met her. Sending love and healing for all of Rita’s family and friends.
I had the privilege of meeting Rita through Lynne S. We had many good times and laughs whilst raising our children! I will treasure those memories! Ken , it is a privilege knowing you and I will say THANK YOU for adding so much to her life. God bless you all. RIP beautiful soul.

Only 2 short months ago I met Rita and Ken at a week long workshop at Niagara Falls. For more than 2 whole days Rita was sitting next to me. After we introduced each other, she stated quickly: "Oooo, I love you already..." I will never forget her kindness. It made a profound impression on me. I love you too Rita.
My prayers are with you Ken.

Rita was a beautiful person inside and out. We met at starbucks where we were regular coffee drinkers as well as crossword buffs.
It was nice to get to know this lovely couple. She fought a tough battle and she was very courageous but God wanted her to rest and be rid of all pain.
So Rita rest in peace now. You are in the Lords heavenly and loving presence.
Prayers to out to Ken and the family. Xoxo
