Obituary of Innocenza RAIMONDI

Innocenza Raimondi of Calgary, AB passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2019 at the age of 92 years.

She believed it was never too late to learn a new skill and proudly got her drivers license at the age of 59! She was also a very good gardener, had a passion for cooking, and was skilled in crocheting.

Innocenza is survived by her sons, Rocco (Maria) Raimondi, Antonio (Hayley) Raimondi, Mario (Marg) Raimondi, and Peter (Donna) Raimondi; her daughter Rosaria Christensen; siblings, Giuseppe (Maria) Infusino, Lina (Francesco) Iannuzzi, and Ernesto (Maria) Infusino; grandchildren, Carl, Connie, Frank, Nicole, Steven, Jeff, Domenic, Corey, Ryan, Nicholas, Stephanie, Michael, Jennifer, Natalie, and Victoria; as well as great-grandchildren, Alessandra, Massimiliano, Vincent, Serafina, Emilia, William, Tyler, Lucas, Madeline, Tiernan, Declan, Parker, Preston, Livia, Daniel, Cohen, Luca, Alayna, Aubrey, Isabelle, and Hendrik.

Innocenza was predeceased by her husband Domenico Raimondi who died on September 2, 1986; her daughter Emilia Raimondi who died on March 3, 1993; brother Rocco who died September 27, 2010; and her parents, Archangela Minervina, and Domenico Infusino.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Luke’s Catholic Church (Corner of Northmount Drive & Northland Drive N.W., Calgary, AB) on Friday, November 22, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.  Graveside Service to follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery.  If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made directly to the Canadian Cancer Society, 200 – 325 Manning Rd.
