Obituary of Cynthia (Cindy) Karen Gladys LOWE

August 3, 1962 – London, Ontario

November 10, 2019 – Calgary, Alberta

Cindy Lowe of Calgary, AB, passed away on November 10, 2019 at the age of 57 years.

Cindy was born in London, ON and later moved to Calgary, AB in the 80’s to raise her family.

She worked at Bromley Square as a cleaner for many years where she met many of her lifelong friends. Cindy enjoyed camping at Ghost Lake, and recently bought a trailer to enjoy trips with her family. Cindy was always dancing, no matter how in shape her family was, they could never keep up with Mom and her moves. She was an avid singer, regardless of her tone and range she was always singing. She had a passion for animals and could be found spending her summers perfecting her garden especially her peonies. When Cindy was relaxing, she would catch up on The Young and the Restless, or watch one of her favorite Horror Movies. Cindy could beat anyone at Chess, and often played with her father online. On Wednesdays nights, it was the favorite meal of the week, breakfast for dinner!

Cindy is survived by her Fiancé Todd Brooker of Imperial SK, her children; Jeff (Robyn) Lowe and Kristy (Josh) Hill of Calgary, AB; grandchildren, Shayla, Tacey and Mylee (Lowe), Alexandra, Eric, Evan and Hayley (Hill). She is also survived by her parents Karen McRae of Airdrie, AB, and Alvin (Anita) McRae of Calgary, AB; sisters, Debbie (Dave) Cole and family of Calgary, AB and Melanie (Ron) Ouellette and family of Kelowna, BC; and step-sisters, Jennifer Livingstone and family, and Veronica Langridge and family of Calgary, AB.

Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Chapel of the Bells, 2720 Centre Street North, Calgary, AB) on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.McInnisandHolloway.com.
