Obituary of Phyllis CROCKETT

December 7, 2019 – Calgary, Alberta

Phyllis Crockett of Calgary, AB passed away at home on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at the age of 83years. She was surrounded by the comfort of her sons, John and Stephen and her granddaughter Candas.

Phyllis was a generous and welcoming person who was loved by all and will be sadly missed. Phyllis was born in Bonavista, NL, and attended the United Church College in St. John’s and moved to AB with her husband in 1961. Phyllis had been struggling for many years with dementia and is now at peace.

Phyllis will be sadly missed by her sons, John and Stephen; grandchildren, Candas, Cade and Knox; daughter-in-law Danielle, nieces, nephews, and many loving friends. Phyllis was predeceased by her loving husband Bill Crockett in 2000.

Funeral Services will be held at McDougall United Church (8516 Athabasca Street S.E., Calgary, AB) on Friday, December 13, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow in the Hospitality Room at the Church.
