Obituary of Margaret Hildegard STAHEL (nee Doehler)

Margaret Stahel, beloved wife of Albert Stahel of Calgary, AB passed away on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at the age of 59 years.

Margaret was born in Hamilton, ON, on October 29, 1960. She graduated from the University of British Columbia with a degree in Psychology. Margaret married Albert Stahel in 1996. She loved nature, especially her gardens and cats. Margaret’s most memorable vacation was when she went to Florida on her fiftieth birthday. She loved swimming with pelicans even though she was frightened of them.

Margaret will be most remembered for her humour and love of life.

Besides her loving husband, Margaret is survived by her mother Hildegard, sister Rosemary, and brother Harold. She is also survived by her father-in-law Alfred Stahel; sisters-in-law Anne Reive, Dorothy Premak, and Kelly Jobin, Cheryl Ann Stahel; and brother-in-law Brian Reive as well as her many nieces and nephews.
