I was friend's with Evan in high school. You could always here his laugh from down the hall. Just loved all people. A gentle soul. You will be forever missed brother. Rest easy my friend.
Dance battle of the century at my sister's wedding while blasting Maroon 5's 'What Lovers Do!' That was your song. Think about you everytime I hear it, can't help but not smile. We killed the dance floor that night. Dance heaven away, they're not going to know what hit em! R.I.P
Maureen,
My deepest condolences. I remember Evan's early years: our Cypress Hills camping trip, our Saskatoon weekend jaunt to visit your family, our two families both ending up living in McLaurin Village and watching Evan grow up into a young man. He was always so friendly and kind and genuinely loved our dogs Taffy and Shadow. He had a heart of gold. I remember meeting him at Market Mall with his first child. How his eyes sparkled with pride and joy (as did yours). My heart breaks for you, his family and his children.
Maureen, I remember the night we were all at karaoke at GT and most of us had too much to drink. We had a sober driver who drove your car home with about eight of us packed in to the car. Evan was an easy-going carefree guy who enjoyed life to the fullest. My heart breaks for you and for all of your family. My sincere condolences to all of you at this very difficult time.
Evan I met you when I was 15 yrs old and we became the best of friends. Whether we were hanging at your moms playing Dreamcast or walking over to tops for a couple slices of the best pizza ever. You always made it seem like what we were doing was what everyone wanted to be doing. You are the most charismatic and fun loving person I know and I will never forget the love you showed me when we were growing up. We came from the same place, I think that’s why we got along so well. I know we didn’t always see eye to eye and over the last couple years we had grown apart a bit I just hope you know there was always a special place for you and your family in my heart .
Love You man may you Rest In Peace and finally find the peace you couldn’t here on earth
Peace out Birdman Till we meet again .....
