Obituary of William Joseph DANIELS

November 18, 1941 - Frog Lake, Alberta

December 12, 2019 - Calgary, Alberta

William (Bill) Daniels, beloved husband of Marianne, loving father and adored grandfather passed away on Thursday, December 12, 2019 at the age of 78 in the Foothills Hospital.

William was born in Frog Lake, AB. He spent a vast majority of his life in Calgary, where he met his wife and raised his family. William had a vital voice in the indigenous community and volunteered countless hours at Calgary HIV link. He spoke fondly of the place he grew up in.

Bill is survived by his three daughters, Shannon Wirachowsky, Rochelle Grant, Dallas; his son Tyler,  his grandchildren, Santana, Keanu, Keenen, Isiah, Emily, Atlin , Isabella; Grandfather ( Chapan) to Willow and Noah;     his  cherished sisters, Dorothy, Leona, Ruby, Joannie, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He is predeceased by his two grandmothers, Mary and Maggie; and his two grand fathers, Billy and Adolphus; his father John and mother Julia; his two brothers, Charles and James and his two sisters Eileen and Priscilla. He can now play a hand of poker with his best friend Bill Fraiser.

The family would like to thank the following people that he has met and who have helped him along the way in the last several years, George K, Bogusia, Thea, Jonah, Nigel, Darren, Dr.Mann, Peritoneal Dialysis Clinic and Eileen Booth.
