Obituary of Herbert VECKENSTEDT, Sr. II

Herbert Veckenstedt, Sr. II, beloved husband of Rozalia Veckenstedt (nee Pongrácz) of Calgary, Alberta, passed away on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at the age of 78 years. 

Herbert was born in Schwanebeck, Germany on February 17, 1941. He immigrated to Canada in 1963, and soon thereafter met his wife-to-be in Calgary, Alberta, where they spent the past fifty-six years together.

Besides his loving wife Rozalia, Herbert is survived by his two sons and two daughters-in-law, Herbert, Jr. III and Agnes, and Ralph and Nadine; and four granddaughters, Cassandra, Sabrina, Alexandria, and Brooklyn. Herbert was predeceased by his parents, Herbert, Sr. I, and Anna. 

A Private Family Service will be held.
