Obituary of Linda Joan McCLEAN

Linda McClean of Calgary passed away on Tuesday, December 24, 2019 at the age of 70 years.

Linda was born in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada on May 31, 1949.

Linda accomplished many things in her life, but was particularly proud of her family.

Linda enjoyed fishing, camping and spending time with family and friends.

Linda’s most memorable vacation was when she went to Northern Ireland to meet and spend time with family. 

Linda is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Vanessa and Dennis Bartlett, Crossfield, Alberta; her granddaughter, Blake and grandson, Eric Bartlett, Crossfield, Alberta. Linda is also survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Doug and Patty McClean, Victoria, British Columbia; sister, Pat Hanson, Calgary, Alberta; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Linda was predeceased by her mom and dad, Joan and James McClean; sister Peggy Chambers, and brother Terry McClean.

My Mom 

My mom was a woman like no other.

She gave me life, nurtured me, taught  me,

dressed me, fought for me, held me,

shouted at me, kissed me...

But most importantly, she loved me unconditionally.

There are not enough words I can say to describe

just how important my mom was to me,

and what a powerful influence she continues to be...
