Condolences
My condolences to my second family, the Shermacks.
Growing up on Stanley Ave was nothing but good times and a lot of laughs. Doug and I have kept in contact over the years and shared a lot of stories and laughs.
Doug and I always talked about our lives and about dying and Doug understood his health issues and always said he is OK with it.
He loved his family so much and always talked about all of you, especially his kids who he was so frikken proud of. I tried to call Doug on New Years Eve and now I know why he didn't answer the phone...
Edward, Russell, Steve and Becky, I'm so sorry for your loss and thinking about all of you so much.
Love you guys, Brian Repay
My Heartfelt Condolences to The Shermack Family in the loss of your Brother, Dad and Uncle Douggie.
I’ll always remember the time that Stephen and I were crossing the Border in Pigeon River. We got pulled over and searched by another Border Crossing Guard, and he was going through my purse opening up my lipstick when Stephen asked if Douggie was working.
Doug came out of his office and gave the guy the “what for”, for searching his Brother and “former Sister In Laws vechile . Douggie, you will be missed greatly by all who knew you. I will always remember the good time we had.
Rest In Peace... and say Hello to your Mom Annie Dad Eddie, and Sister Katherine.
Lori Shermack
