Obituary of Leslie Alan CAMPBELL

Dr. Leslie Campbell passed away peacefully on December 31, 2019 in Calgary, AB at the age of 88 years.

Les was born in Wadena, Saskatchewan on December 25, 1931 and was the oldest of two boys. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1953 and graduated from Dental School at the University of Alberta in 1957. On June 7, 1957, Les married Kathleen Loughlean in Bashaw, Alberta and together they had four children. He enjoyed a fulfilling dental practice in Calgary for over thirty-five years. After his retirement, he spent twenty-two winters in Phoenix, golfing, playing shuffleboard, and making the best salsa for his children and grandchildren. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

Les is survived and lovingly remembered by his wife of sixty two years, Kathy; children, Glenda (Stephen), Pamela, Bradley (Susan), David (Patricia); his grandchildren, Bryce, Joshua, Jonathan, Jenna, Daniel, Rachel, Robert, Jeffery, Benjamin and Erin. Les was predeceased by his brother Vernon and his parents George and Rose Campbell.

Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Park Memorial, 5008 Elbow Drive SW, Calgary, AB) on Monday, January 6, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow in the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral Home.
