Just six days after coming into the world, Jasper Thomas Gallagher passed away peacefully in his parents' arms at the Children’s Hospital in Calgary, Alberta. During that fleeting time, he touched many lives and was loved by all who waited to meet him.

Born on a crisp winter day and weighing just over 10lbs, Jasper was still able to grip his mother's finger and respond to his father's touch during his brief stay on earth. He had an abundance of beautiful dark hair and a button nose. He was born at 6:35 p.m. on December 22 and died six days later at 5:15 p.m.

Jasper is survived by his mother and father, Brita Thomas and Dillon Gallagher; his grandparents, Elaine and William Thomas, Jeannine and Fredrick Wesenberg, and Don Gallagher; and his great-grandmother Rose-Anne Gallagher.
